The HR Club generally works best for businesses with up to 10 employees, but if you only need an hour of support a month, then it can work for a business with any number of employees.

？Who will support me?

You get your own dedicated HR Advisor. Our wider team supports you when needed.

？How do I access the support?

Your support is delivered by phone, email, zoom or in person.

？What happens if my HR advisor is unavailable?

Our HR Club Membership co-ordinator will also be available to look after you. As a close-knit team, any member of the HR Support team will be aware of you, your business and your needs.

？Do you have a vault of documents I can access?

No. Experience tells us you get a better, more compliant, personalised service when an HR professional provides you with a customised solution to your specific query.

You remain the data controller; DOHR operates as a data processor.

When you sign up, you will be required to sign a direct debit. Each month you will receive an invoice which will then automatically be collected using your direct debit mandate.
